Clara Yoder

Clara Yoder has been working with Filippov Law Group, PLLC, as a paralegal since she obtained her Paralegal Certificate, in May 2015. She also recently graduated from Widener University Commonwealth Law School in May of 2023 and is currently studying for the Bar exam. Clara is experienced in legal methods within the litigation field, including analyzing and preparing discovery, summarizing deposition transcripts for attorney review, preparing foreign subpoenas in compliance with federal and local rules, analyzing medical records, preparing medical chronologies, and streamlining these processes. She also has extensive experience in family law, personal injury law, litigation, corporate law, employment law, and insurance defense law. At Filippov Law Group, PLLC, Clara works with the business attorneys to streamline and expedite legal readiness on various projects including employment law, business transactions, and corporate law.
